We are busy counting our stock and as a result orders placed between between the 20th to 23rd February will be despatched on Friday 24th February. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
UK Premium
The cost of our UK Premium is Free
Deliveries using our UK Premium Service will take between 3 and 5 working days from the day of despatch and are a signed for service. We aim to despatch most orders within 1 day of receipt but on some occasions delivery may take up to 10-15 working days. Some postcodes may also have a slight delay, please see below for a list.

Returns
Sale and Clearance
All unwanted gifts or purchases bought in clearance can be returned for an exchange within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Please note goods must be returned in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Full Price
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return a product to us for any reason please do so within 28 days of receiving your order, we will then process your refund or exchange as requested. We cannot refund or exchange customised products unless faulty.
It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resaleable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You do not need to contact us before returning your item, just fill in the returns form provided and attach the free post returns label provided to the front of your parcel (UK only). We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit and strongly recommend that you return your goods via recorded delivery and obtain a proof of posting certificate on every ocassion - these are available free of charge from the Post Office. Refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as it arrives back with us.
