Gift Vouchers
Oliver Sweeney gift vouchers can be used in all Oliver Sweeney shops and online at oliversweeney.com to the voucher value. They have no expiry date. When using online please enter the code printed on the front of the voucher in the promotional box at checkout. When using in store please present the voucher to the store staff. Vouchers can only be used when purchasing product and cannot be refunded for a cash value. Vouchers cannot be purchased or redeemed in our Harvey Nichols Concession.

Promotional Codes
Any promotional codes given by Oliver Sweeney cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, neither can these be used to purchase Sale goods or purchase our Gift Vouchers.

Sock Offer
Buy 3 pairs of socks for £35, when adding 3 pairs of any sock style or size to your basket the deduction will automatically be shown before you checkout. Subject to availability.

Sale
All unwanted gifts or purchases bought in sale can be returned for an exchange within 14 days with proof of purchase.
Please note goods must be returned in perfect condition and with its original packaging.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Prices
UK and Euro prices include VAT where applicable. Dollar prices do not include VAT.  It may be necessary for prices to be increased or decreased from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. 

International Orders
Please note all orders are shipped from the UK. You may need to pay customs & import duties: all shipments outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country.
We are unable to advise on the rates as they vary according to country. 

Currency
Your card will be charged in the currency  associated with your billing address, regardless of delivery address.

Portrayal of products
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur.  All measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.  Please note there may be variations in colours dependant on the calibration and settings of individual screens.

Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.

Security Checks
Oliver Sweeney will in some cases spot check certain orders for compliance with our secruity systems, this may delay your order being confirmed and shipped, we may also need to contact you to confirm details. 

Delivery

Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.  Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Returns
We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return a product to for any reason please do so within 28 days of receiving your order. It must be in a saleable condition and in its original undamaged packaging. We will refund or replace the product. We may withhold up to 20% of the purchase price if the product or packaging is in such a condition that the item is not fully resaleable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
UK RETURNS
We cannot refund or exchange customised products unless faulty.  You do not need to contact us before returning your item, just fill in the returns form provided and attach the free post returns label provided to the front of your parcel (UK only).  We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit and strongly recommend that you return your goods via recorded delivery and obtain a proof of posting certificate on every ocassion  - these are available free of charge from the Post Office. 

NON-UK Customers All international customers must pay for their goods to be returned for a refund
Please mark clearly on the outer carton ‘UK Returned Goods’. Failure to do this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us and a delay with your refund being processed
We recommend you to use a reliable postal service or courier that will give you a tracking number and insure you for the value of the goods
We cannot take responsibility for items lost without proof of postage and the parcel will be your own responsibility until it reaches us 


 Refunds or replacements will be processed as soon as it arrives back with us.

Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order if you wish providing you act within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.  If you wish to exercise this right prior to despatch of goods please email customerservices@oliversweeney.com or call 0800 622 6030.  If your order has already been despatched please follow our returns information and send the order back in its original packaging.  Please note your right to return products does not apply on customised items (those made to your specifications), these may only be returned if they are faulty.  Once we have received notification that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
 

Liability disclaimer
Oliver Sweeney’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Oliver Sweeney to the customer. Oliver Sweeney shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way, save where such liability is imposed upon Oliver Sweeney by statute. Oliver Sweeney does not limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. By law, you also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until 14 days after delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
 
When you place an order to purchase a product from Oliver Sweeney, your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a despatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such despatch note do not form part of the contract.  Oliver Sweeney endeavor to check the accuracy of the information on this site, however, Oliver Sweeney does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not - on receipt by you - substantially meet the description on this web site, you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.  If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. 

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under clause.

You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. Certain national laws may prohibit the importation or exportation of certain, of our goods to you. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
