PRICE
All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT). For orders made and to be delivered outside the European Union, no VAT will be charged. However, you may be charged import tax and duty by your government. If you require more information then please contact your local customs authority.
No contract is created until we have accepted your order. In the event that the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an increase in prices that has not been updated on this site we will not process your order and will instead alert you immediately to the actual price of the goods. You will then have the option to proceed at this updated price.
DELIVERY
There will be a charge for delivery according to the delivery address. You will be advised of the delivery charge before the order is processed. Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 10 working days of your order being confirmed. Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
RETURNS POLICY
All unwanted products needs to be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
We do not offer a courier return service and therefore we advise you to send your goods by recorded delivery, as Oliver Sweeney cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Provided the goods are returned in the original condition with all packaging and accessories you will receive a full refund (excluding the delivery charge). Please include a cover note with your full contact details, order number and reason for sending the shoes back to us and send to: Oliver Sweeney Web return, CML, Vulcan Way, Magna Park, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, LE17 4XR. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
