I logged onto my account this morning to check progress only to find out that it had been cancelled. Given that no one contacted me or informed me that my order was cancelled I rang your customer services with my issue... someone took my details and said that they would ring me back... approx 3 hours laterafter getting no call back I escalated this again to customer services. I have now been informed that the boots that I have ordered are now no longer available. My order number is follows W04686YFN0 Web Receipt 1357. Im really disappointed that no one contacted me to tell me about my cancellation and I had to chase this 2 days later after making 2 telephone calls to find this out. Given that I was infomed that the boots I ordered were discontinued I queried why they were still showing on your weksite to witch I told they were removed..... I have now got home from work to find out that the boots are still listed in your sale section for order.... I thought this may have ben due to my. laptop having cached information however I have checked on my personl laptop after clearing the history and the browser cache to find out they are still listed and not removed as I was told some 2 hours ago. I find my whole experience has ben very poor. I have since placed another order for other products from your site this morning however this order is not listed in the "My Orders"section of your site however the order that you cancelled without telling me is still there with the option to re order the boots that you apparently no longer have.... very poor service indeed. 15 Jun 2011 04:26pm
