It's the attention to detail that our artisan Italian factory in Le Marche do so well. An intricate chain-stitch row provides the apron detail on this immaculate calf leather monk shoe, meticulously antiqued by hand. The blake stitched construction creates a clean, sleek profile with our signature green milled sole; the central part of the leather sole is milled by hand, then filled with TPU to create a more practical, durable base. Fully leather lined of course.

The Blake Stitched Construction
This is a speciality of our Italian factory in Le Marche. The upper is stitched to the outsole from the inside of the shoe. As no welt is required the result is a sleeker, more elegant profile, making it an ideal construction for formal shoes.
