We know that it is a challenging time for many, and an unprecedented one for us all. As we adjust to this new and rapidly changing landscape, we're working to develop ways to put both our team and our customers first.


To prioritise the health of our customers and staff, all our stores are currently closed. We will continue to follow Public Health England protocols and advice and hope to reopen the stores as soon as possible.

Online Shopping

Our online business will always be available 24/7 and we have Free UK delivery (over £100) and Free UK Returns. Our delivery services are currently unaffected by the pandemic. And if you need extra help, our customer service team will be available Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm on live chat, via email ( or phone 0800 622 6030. Please get in touch if you’d like any advice on our products or services or should you have any issues placing your order.


We are extending our returns policy Our returns department remains fully operational, but we appreciate it may be more difficult or inappropriate to visit the post office over the coming weeks. If you would like more time, you now have until the end of May to return your order for a full refund. Orders placed after 16th March will all qualify. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with our customer services team on or phone 08006226030. Returned goods should still be unworn and in a re-saleable condition.

Our Staff

Additionally, in line with the Government guidelines we are facilitating a work from home policy for all staff where possible and are only using our offices where it remains essential. Our factories have initiated shift patterns to help with isolation.
