Returns

We have a history of happy online customers, but should you want to return any item to us for any reason, it should be done within 28 days or 14 days if it’s a sale item.

Refunds and exchanges couldn’t be easier. Just return your goods to us, and we’ll start putting everything in hand the moment they arrive. You can even return them free of charge if you’re a UK or US customer.

UK RETURNS

You don’t have to contact us before returning your item, just fill in the returns/exchange form on the back of your order summary and return, along with your goods, using the Freepost or Collect+ labels that arrived with your order.

We strongly recommend returns are sent via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit. Refunds and exchanges will be processed once we receive your return, providing the items are in an unworn, re-saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights. Make sure you ask for a proof of posting certificate or Collect+ receipt, depending on which postal service you choose. These are both available free of charge.

FREE UK RETURNS BY ROYAL MAIL FREEPOST

UK customers can return any items free via our Royal Mail Freepost label which you’ll find on your packing slip. Simply attach the label to the front of your parcel and take it along to any Royal Mail Post Office. Make sure you ask for a free certificate of postage.

FREE UK RETURNS BY COLLECT+

Return your item for free with CollectPlus

If you are a UK customer, you can return any unwanted items free via any CollectPlus parcel drop-off point. CollectPlus have a network of over 6,000 local stores nationwide, open early until late, seven days a week, so you don’t have to visit a post office or one of our stores

  • Write your order number on the CollectPlus returns label enclosed with your order. Then peel it off and stick in on your parcel so it covers the barcode of the original label.
  • Drop your parcel off at any CollectPlus store. Make sure you keep your returns receipt and code so you can track your parcel online or on your mobile app.

US RETURNS

If you are a US customer, you can return any unwanted items free of charge.

Simply download and complete the US returns form and send it back to customerservices@oliversweeney.com. A member of our team will request a collection. Download the form now DHL will then contact you directly to schedule a suitable collection time.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your return, providing items received are in an unworn, re-saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All international customers outside of the US must cover the costs of returning their goods to us for an exchange or refund. Please mark clearly on the outer carton ’UK Returned Goods’ – otherwise this may result in charges being levied, a delay in your parcel reaching us, and a delay in your return being processed. We recommend you use a secure, tracked postal service or courier as we aren’t responsibility for your return until it arrives back with us. Please ensure you retain a proof of postage and tracking number.

SALE AND CLEARANCE

Any unwanted gifts or purchases bought in a sale or clearance can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days as long as you have proof of purchase. Please note goods must be returned in an unworn, re-saleable condition in their original, undamaged packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
