Our ever-popular shirt is available this season in 100% linen from the great Somelos Mill in Portugal.  Linen is a cool airy fabric, quick to dry with a characteristic loose weave. A classic design the shirt is a straight, untailored cut with an unstructured collar, two button adjustable cuffs, a medium / casual fit and a squared hemmed base, making it also suitable to wear as a loose overshirt. We’ve included a subtle self-coloured embroidered logo at the base of the placket.

Wash linen in cold water on a gentle cycle to prevent shrinkage and preserve the natural strength of the fibres. To tackle wrinkles effortlessly, iron the garment while it is still slightly damp and always air-dry in the shade to keep the fabric soft.

I love Oliver Sweeney stuff. It’s luxury at an affordable price. This shirt is lovely. A great fit as it’s longer in the body. It has a good weight to it. Deep and rich colour. It’s so nice. OS is where I come to treat myself. I’ve a couple of items now, and I feel smart and stylish wearing them.

Great feel to the material, colour is classy. Only issue is I'm 5.7 and ordered a small, unfortunately sleeves are very long.

Odd shape. Not for athletic people

Size small should have been perfect. However the chest was tight on the buttons. The back was also tight. The belly area however had huge amount of extra material. Made for a hugely disproportionate waist to shoulder ratio. The sleeves also were very long. Due to the oversize arms and midsection sizing up is not an option. Disappointing as the material was very nice.

ANOTHER VERY NICE SHIRT

I have a good number of Oliver Sweeney shirts acquired over the years and they have all become favourites. The Barnham is anotherf fantastic quality shirt - my only (slight) disappointment being that it is longer in the length (in a size Large) than I would have liked. Still happy to award 5 stars, however.
