Collections & Returns
We’re happy to send out loan requests and are able to turn around requests with 48 hours notice. We just (politely) ask a few things in return:
- Please try to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice where possible when making a request. We have limited samples in HQ and can order from our warehouse for specific sizes.
- Returns should be made within one week. If the samples are to be leaving the UK, please inform of us of this in advance.
- Please return all product as you found them. Any overly damaged loans will be subject to a charge at full RRP price.
