What a really comfortable shoe. I was concerned that I might need a half size smaller but no need to have worried. They feel just right. Prompt delivery. Super satisfied

This is an excellent shoe. The finish and the fit are perfect; and they are very comfortable on the sole. The shoes came quickly - two days - so excellent service, too. One thing - perhaps shoe bags could have been included.

I received these loafers and they had been worn with marks on the soles and a black mark down the rear of the left shoe. Not what I expect from OS.

The shoes arrived on time. They are very well constructed and have a good quality leather sole.
The shoes fit perfectly. I usually wear a 8.5 but the 9 in these was perfect. They are very comfortable and I am sure the more I wear them the better they will feel.

It is always disappoint when things change, sometimes not for the best. I had to send the fist pair back due to marks on the suede and the sole, in my opinion they had been worn. second pair arrived safely but the internal Sweeny box was damaged and marked. I have been a Sweeny advocate for probably 20 years plus and still have most of those shoes, lovely, comfortable and quality product, always fit perfectly from the first wearing. I read other reviews about the quality standards slipping with the company and the products but I often try to keep an open mind.. Unfortanately most of the comments are probably correct. If you have quality control and are checking products before they go out then make sure that everything is tip-top, not just the shoe but also the box we often keep the shoes in for life, there is no excuse for sending items out damaged especially when you package them in another posting box. We buy these shoes because of the quality and how they make us feel every time we slip them on - even down to taking them out of the box and removing the shoe from the cloth bags (they did used to have them)!!!! Where have the cloth shoe storage bags gone? - such a shame, my new suede shoes will live uncovered and naked within their box... (fortunately I did have a spare Sweeny bag) ;-))) I sincerely hope this helps to make a difference.
