Our cupsole trainer is made from smooth, tan Adigo calf leather. The upper pattern has clean lines with neatly folded seams and side panels and a cushioned collar. Inside we’ve included a ¾ calf leather lining and a full leather insock. I bought my 14th pair of Oliver Sweeney shoes. I could feel the stitches on the inside of the shoes. I contacted customer service to ask whether this was normal and whether they were aware of this causing problems for other customers. They never addressed my questions directly. Instead, they gave me the same response in two separate emails: "If you don't like them, you can return them."

Even though the purchase was made online, I would have expected, as a returning customer, to receive some guidance rather than having my questions ignored.
