Tangola have a partnership with over 35,000 herder families across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, where they hand collect the prized yak down during the spring shedding season. An exclusive and sustainable yarn, the fine undercoat that keeps the yaks warm in an extremely cold climate at a high altitude makes for a premium, lightweight yet highly insulating wool, that is soft while highly durable and resilient. We've partnered with them for our winter knitwear collection to offer an exclusive alternative to our merino and cashmere options.
