Burwell combines the comfort of a trainer with a more formal upper. The 5 eyelet derby features neatly folded facings and traditional brogue detail in a navy and rich tan leather, antiqued by hand. The upper contains a half leather lining in calf with a calf leather padded insock and is secured to the rubber cupsole with a side stitch.

Burrell tan brogue casuals

I had a particular colour in mind when ordering, and judged by online photos. The shoes didn't disappoint, and the colour and finish was spot on. A beautiful tan/cognac mic perfect with jeans and chinos, with the brogue finish, classy! First evening out resulted in nice heel blister, as the shoes are quite stiff and heavy in quality, but will wear in. That's a good thing so no worries. Very chuffed with these gorgeous shoes.
