Our Stolford is inspired by a vintage 1970s trainer with clean lines and a lightweight EVA midsole with a rubber grip outsole. The mesh fabric upper has a matt finish and is reinforced with a calf suede facing, toe guard and heel counter, with a striking white leather side stripe, collar and tongue binding. The quarters are lined in a matching grey leather, keeping the forepart unlined and breathable. All cushioned with a durable fabric foam insock.

Based in Chennai in Southern India, our family run factory group is accredited for its exacting, high ecological and ethical standards. With over 50 years of experience in traditional shoe making, the factories are masters at Blake Stitched, Norwegian welted and are considered to be among the best in the world for the Goodyear welted construction. The major difference is that the highly skilled craftsmen have also mastered the Italian art of Tamponato and hand finishing, producing high quality footwear with a hand built depth of colour and unique antiqued patina.
