Perfect fit and good price and quality to match

Bought several of these jumpers in the various colours back in January this year at a reduced price as they seemed a bargain, they all came up roughly the same size and the fit really good. I wore the blue one for the first time recently (August) and gave it a wash. I followed the label instructions and am familiar with merino wool garments so fully understand the importance of washing correctly. The jumper shrunk at the very least a size and developed a hole in it after only a single wash. I have not worn the other jumpers yet but have concerns the reduced price reflects a problem Oliver Sweeney knows of and are selling them on the cheap as a result. I considerd OS to be a premium brand and expected much better quality.

Update: Having reached out to Oliver Sweeney at the same time of posting this review I am pleased to advise the customer service I received from Sarah was nothing short of outstanding. While my initial comments relating to the jumper stand her prompt and professional support has absolutely restored my confidence in Oliver Sweeney as a brand and raise my 1 star review to to 3. Thank you Sarah.
