Description

Sirolo is our iconic Italian trainer on a lightweight sole, produced at our artisan factory in the Marche region. The navy buffalo leather has a supple feel, with a naturally casual finish and grainy matt texture. The upper has clean lines with folded facing seams, and is fully leather lined with a cushioned leather insock. It is the sole that makes the difference; the super lightweight polyolefin compound is significantly lighter than traditional rubber and even harder wearing. The trainers are made using traditional techniques, and the cupsole is secured at the sides with a stitch.

I have had several OS shoes before and been very happy. For some reason these black Sirolos shred my feet every time of wearing - blisters and eventually bleeding in a couple of places. I wore them in and really tried with them, but I'm just going to write these ones off and try another maker. Based on the reviews I may be in a bit of a minority and perhaps they are just a dodgy pair.

Long time since I’ve bought Oliver Sweeney but they still perform. Purchased the Sirlo. Buy your normal shoe size. No need to size up. Quality Calf leather. The navy is very dark and in fact can look black , but they look very stylish. Well worth the money.

Don’t cut corners with others that are a cheaper option. Buy well - buy less 👍
